"Places in my mind" 
The story of Martin Smith is a day-to-day account, of a man who has dreams, like all of us. Its a story of a high flyer (in his own world) that has dropped to the lowest of the low. It's an emotional ride of feelings, hunger pains and funny sights in the traffic. Martin is one of the growing number of people in our country, we have come to know as a traffic light beggar. His life at this stage is on the corner of some street in the country. Join us as we take you through a day in the life of Martin Smith in places. Press release The five artists have been part of a development programme run by Kempton Park-based Barrier Productions, which focused on the development of voice, tone and stage presence, and which culminates in the staging of “Places in my Mind”. Venue The production will run from the 11th to the 15 July at the Wits Theatre. Tickets can be booked from Computicket and will open in Early June
